Kathrin Moser

An idea needs people to turn it into a reality. Although RINGANA products speak for themselves, without our Fresh Partners who are working all over Europe on behalf of freshness, RINGANA could never achieve its unique growth. Once a month, we turn the spotlight on one of our successful Fresh Partners.

Interview with Kathrin Moser from Austria

„Next level“ – how would you interpret this motto for yourself?

Life means change, life means growth on many levels. For me, “next level” means going even further, having even bigger dreams, maybe even reaching the last level of my career plan with my team #FreundederFrische and taking RINGANA even further beyond (my own country’s) borders. We can look forward to many exciting innovations with regard to sales, products, the new campus and much more – I’m really excited. 

 

What are your daily RINGANA to do’s?

Using the products, of course. I get up with RINGANA and I go to sleep with RINGANA  😄 I also like showing that – on Instagram, for instance – simply to be visible and to show people out there how fantastically the products can be integrated into daily life (in an unpushy, natural and friendly way). But with all these posts, we shouldn’t forget that posting isn’t an income-generating activity (IGA) – so remember to talk to people. Contact them, inform them, invite them to have a chat – those are our real and promising To Do’s. Acquire customers and Partners by talking to them in person. Obviously, that’s not always so easy on a daily basis, but I talk to people every day about RINGANA. Many of them want to know more straight away, some simply need a little more time, and there are others who I can’t get interested at all. And then, of course, there’s the intensive contact and dialogue with my team. 

 

What does the flexible RINGANA sales model mean for your daily life?

My dream was to get up every day without an alarm clock, and I achieved that already back in January 2016 – 5 years ago. I love being able to decide how to spend my time, and the fact that every day is different. No one day is like the other – that’s my personal freedom. I have lots of free time for sport, hobbies, friends, family and for myself, as well as time to work with people I’ve chosen myself and/or whom I like. This sales model allows me to do all that. And also that we can grow so much if we are open, if we always keep going, step by step, if we think outside the box and, in this way, learn a lot for living our lives.

I see myself as an inspiration for young people in that you can be young and still be honestly successful if you know your dreams, if they fill you with passion, and if you don’t let anything distract you. 

 

How do you deal with a no?

Ah, yes, the no’s 😄 At the beginning, they were setbacks for me that I often took personally. I was so enthusiastic and I couldn’t understand how anybody could turn down the products or the business. However, at some stage I realised that I too was being offered so many things every day  that I refused even though, if I’m honest about it, I hadn’t given them a closer look or because I really wasn’t interested. It’s OK. Everybody’s allowed to have their opinion and we know:  a no may be a passing standpoint and it can change. And if not – we never run out of contacts in day-to-day life 😉

 

How do you contribute personally to the grand RINGANA vision?

By getting people interested in RINGANA every day. In 2014 I was at my first Academy in Loipersdorf and heard Andreas Wilfinger speaking. He said: “I want to see RINGANA in every bathroom in Europe.” That sent a shiver down my spine, and I felt that with this company, I’d arrived! It was where I could make a contribution with my conviction and my enthusiasm. And I could do that on a daily basis by talking about RINGANA. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing since the very first day. And I’ll continue to do so. My vision is also to see RINGANA established across Europe and to offer as many people as possible – and young women in particular – this opportunity, and encourage them to build the lives for themselves that they dream of. 

 

What tips do you have for a successful FRESH date?

1) Planning: Plan regular FRESH dates and note them down in your diary for the upcoming weeks and months. This will ensure that you are neither overworked nor underworked. And if you set your dates in advance, you can prepare well for them.

2) Preparation: Use your list of names/guests to invite people. Make sure you have an undisturbed room for your FRESH date, and that you have all the necessary paperwork and products at home.

3) Stick to the FRESH date guideline, so that you never lose the thread. Have fun and take pleasure in telling people about RINGANA and when testing the products with them.

4) Use this tool to acquire customers and team Partners with ease, by keeping your business simple, authentic, informal, unpushy and multipliable. 

5) Follow-Up: Get in touch with your guests around 2 days after the FRESH date. Help them to choose the right products by asking them questions again, or give them tips on how to use products they have already received. Also ask them if you can keep them informed about products & promotions, or ask them how they would like to be kept up to date.
